His daily healthy eating plan consists of five meals, which are planned when he wakes up and combined with his exercise routine. <\/p>\n<p>Bj\u00f6rnsson eats about 400 grams of protein on his way to 8,000 calories every day. &#8220;I ate 10,000 kilojoules every day. When I was younger, I was active and needed more calories,&#8221; Bj\u00f6rnsson recalls. Now, I am old, lazy, and only eat 8,000.\u201d<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube\"\/>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"meal-one\">The First Communion<\/h3>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>300 grams of Mashed Potatoes &#038; Sweet Potatoes <\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>100 grams <\/strong><strong>Rice<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>The Big Four <\/strong><strong>Eggs<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong> <\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>100 grams of blueberries<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>245 Milliliters of Orange Juice<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>200 grams of Greek Yogurt with two tablespoons of olive oil<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>30 grams of oats<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>One cup of Colostrum<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The first meal contains about 1,640 calories, earning Israetel approval as an essential bodybuilding food.<\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Eggs are an excellent source of high-quality protein and healthy fats. (1)<\/li>\n<li>Sweet potatoes, potatoes, and rice provide less fat as carbohydrate sources. (2)<\/li>\n<li>Strawberries are full of fiber and are beneficial for heart health. (3)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>When Bj\u00f6rnsson feels sluggish during training, removing olive oil or other easily manageable, high-calorie foods from his diet can help alleviate the problem.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"meal-two\">The Second Supper<\/h3>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>300 grams of rice<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>One liter of milk<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>100 Grams of Mixed <\/strong><strong>Vegetables<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Half an avocado<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>150 Gram of Beef Tenderloin<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Bj\u00f6rnsson&#8217;s second meal includes about 1,390 calories.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;High-calorie liquid supplements in the diet make high-energy diets easier,&#8221; says Dr. Israetel.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"meal-three\">The Third Supper<\/h3>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>300 grams of rice<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>200 grams of Ribeye Steak<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>245 Milliliters of Orange Juice<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>200 grams of Greek Yogurt with two tablespoons of olive oil <\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>A third meal provides about 1,350 calories.<\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Full-fat Greek yogurt is packed with protein and calories. (7)<\/li>\n<li>Olive oil can easily increase calorie intake without increasing food volume. (8) <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"meal-four-meal-five\">Fourth Supper &#038; Fifth Supper <\/h3>\n<p>For meals four and five, Bj\u00f6rnsson repeats meals two and three.
