- Request your return for your order at Amazon’s online returns center.
- Select the Kohl’s Dropoff option.

2. Take your returns to a local UPS store or arrange for home pickup.
Don’t want to leave home to handle your returns? You’re in luck, thanks to UPS’s convenient shipping options. You can easily arrange a pickup at your address.
Depending on the item, there may be a small pickup fee, so be sure to check the fees with your Amazon return center first.
If you live near a UPS store, you’ll be happy to know that most Amazon items qualify for free packaging, labeling, and shipping to the store as long as you provide an Amazon return code. You just bring an item and they do the rest – all for FREE! 🙌

- Choose your return method at the online return center.
- Take your return items to your local UPS store and show the return code provided by Amazon.
- They will handle the rest!

3. Head to your nearest Whole Foods market for quick and easy benefits.
Since Amazon acquired Whole Foods Market in 2017, they have been working hard to make things easier for their valued members. Almost every Whole Foods store now has an Amazon Locker so you can take care of your returns while you check items off your grocery list.
Just bring your item along with the QR code, and your package will be on its way in no time, at no additional cost.
How to return Amazon items to Whole Foods:
- Submit a return request through the online return center.
- Check your email for the exact code to redeem your item.
- Take your item to a Whole Foods location with Amazon Locker and enter your special checkout code on the touchscreen display.
4. Send your Amazon returns via the US Postal Service.
What’s easier than just putting your unwanted items in your mailbox? If you have access to a printer, the USPS shipping method is probably the easiest return option available.
Also, you’ll want to look into possible shipping fees associated with your items, as many third-party Amazon sellers don’t offer free returns.
How to return Amazon items via USPS:
- Go to your orders and start your return by selecting the item and reason for returning it.
- Select a USPS return option such as drop off or scheduled pickup, if available for your item.
- Print your prepaid return label and pack your item safely in the box.
- Attach the label to your package, then drop it off at a USPS location or arrange to pick it up at your home.
Hip tip: Keep a few used Amazon boxes on hand for future returns, so you don’t have the expense of buying new boxes.
5. Place the items in the Amazon Hub Locker in your area.
Sending packages directly from your house or apartment is not always an easy route, but luckily, Amazon Hub Lockers are easily available in more than 900 cities.
Items returned through Locker Hub must be smaller than 18x14x12 inches. Additionally, you can also have Amazon orders sent to your Locker Hub for easy pickup.
How to return Amazon items to the hub storage:
- Search for a hub locker in your area by zip code, address, store name, or location tag.
- Submit a return request through the online return center.
- Check your email for the exact code to redeem your item.
- Take your item to the locker area and enter your special drop off code on the touch screen display.
Hip tip: If the third-party seller charges a restocking fee for your returned item, try submitting a fee dispute and requesting a full refund.
6. Check if there is an Amazon physical store in your area.
If you live in one of these cities, you can take the items you want to return to an actual Amazon store for a full refund within 30 days. Larger items may not be eligible for returns at other Amazon store locations, so you’ll want to confirm shipping standards with the store first.

- Find the nearest store in your area.
- Go to your orders and find the item you want to return.
- Click on “Request an Item Return”, and follow the prompts to select your item, reason, and method of return
- Complete things by rewinding or quitting.
7. Amazon returns are now available at FedEx.
Amazon has expanded its return locations to include over 1,500 FedEx locations!
How to return Amazon items to FedEx:
- Find the nearest FedEx drop-off location in your area.
- Start your Amazon return online in your account.
- Bring your item with a QR code or return label – nothing else is needed!
- Leave your item and wait for your refund.
7. Other Amazon return locations.
- If you live in California or Nevada, you can return your Amazon items at select Save Mart stores.
- If you live in Florida, you can return your Amazon items at select Winn-Dixie locations.
- If you live in the greater Seattle area, you can return your Amazon items to select Evergreen Goodwill locations.
