This dryer vent cleaner is easy to use and attaches easily to most vacuums. All you have to do is put it in your lint trap and let it absorb the lint build-up! Here’s what it will do for you:

Here’s why it’s important to clean your dryer properly:

According to the US Fire Administration:
- 2,900 household clothes dryers they are reported each year and result in an average 5 dead, 100 injured, and $35 million loss of property.
- Failure to clean the dryer (34%) is it leading cause of domestic clothes dryer fires.
- Many home dryer fires do occur autumn and winter monthsculminating in January.
Talk about dangerous! Angela professionally cleaned hers, and just look at the before and after photos:
I bought this dryer vent cleaner last year after having my dryer vent system cleaned out and learning about the fire hazard. I’ve always been diligent about cleaning my dryer lint by hand before every new load I put on, BUT I was always frustrated about the lint I couldn’t reach and remove.
This was the most affordable and easy solution for me as I just attached it to my vacuum cleaner hose (I use a central vac system) and I quickly removed the excess lint by vacuuming it out with my vacuum system.

It is an excellent adhesive to use when cleaning hard-to-reach places in your home (like small crevices/under the fridge, sofa etc.) and/or in your car (under the seats). I would say that the only downfall is that the tube is so bendy / flexible that it can sometimes be difficult to point it correctly, but the new version seems to have fixed that problem! 👏
It’s the perfect tool to keep the house safe between professional cleanings, and a no-brainer to pick up while it’s cheap!
Still not sure? Here’s what Consumer Reports has to say about the same dryer vent cleaner:
They checked you out:
“In one dryer, we collected and measured the removed cord from each of the three methods we tried in turn. First, we separated the ductwork and removed the cord by reaching into the nooks and crannies with our hands. Then we used a vacuum cleaner and a crevice tool. Then we used the Lint Lizard. In the second test, we simply compared the amount of lint collected by the vacuum cleaner to the amount of lint cleaner collected by the haunt cleaner. Lizard.”
Their decision:
“It’s almost like a magic wand! Our reaching hands yielded 8 grams of lime; the vacuum cleaner and the crack tool were able to absorb another 4 grams. And the Lint Lizard? Another 15 grams. In the second drying, the crack tool and vacuum cleaner removed just 0.3 grams of lint, after which the Lint Lizard swallowed 52 grams.
Cons: The Lizard’s sharp tip and curved hose made it miss lint in some areas and in some places, and it may not fit into the smallest of openings in some dryers. Its sharp tip can damage plastic pipes (but it’s best to have metal dryer pipes).”
Organize that laundry room with these smart and unique products!
